Message from John Chilinde, the local project coordinator:
Elliot mother is sick so they left RUARWE and stay closer with central hospital....he followed his mother.....and schooling at St AUGUSTINE in NB....

Elliots father died in 2000. Now Elliot lives with his mother and his mothers brother. The household consists of 13 people. Elliots mother farms; and his uncle is a fisherman. Most days Elliot comes to school without breakfast.
June 2017: Unfortunately poor school results. When he started at secondary school he was a good student. It will be investigated why his school results have declined.
