Patricia's father died in 2006. Reason of death unknown. Her mother has remarried to a brother of her Patricia's father. Patricia lives with her grandmother. The familiy has little land and lacks all basic necessities. Patricia tries to make a bit of extra money by fetching fire wood in the bush and sell it to other villagers.
Her performances in school are low; but she has good conduct.
